The Department of Health Management at the Faculty of Health Sciences trains qualified health managers to meet the growing management and organizational needs of the healthcare sector. The expanding scope of healthcare services in Turkey and the increasingly complex structure of healthcare institutions necessitate a professional management approach. The program offers an interdisciplinary curriculum that integrates management and organizational sciences with the specific requirements of the healthcare sector. Students receive in-depth education in hospital management, health economics, health law, health informatics, quality management, and health policy. The curriculum is updated in line with current changes in the healthcare system and international standards. The program provides academic flexibility through the Erasmus exchange program, double major, and minor options.
