About the Department
Foundation
Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology Program, Mersin University, Vocational School of Technical Sciences is within the World Bank in 1992, HEC-II. Industrial Education in the framework of the project opened, taking students in the 1994-1995 academic year began Formal Education. Opened in 1998-1999 Academic Year along with the second still Formal Education and Secondary Education program is carried out.

Part of the compulsory curriculum for English lessons contained in the exemption exam is held at the beginning of each semester. Those who pass the exam course for students who are exempt from the related course. Qualification Requirements and Regulations
Electricity and Energy in the field of undergraduate degree to obtain student is required to provide conditions: a) in the curriculum of all courses (a total of 120 ECTS) at least DD with a degree to the past, b) student before 2015 had a cumulative gross point average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00, 2015 and after students have achieved over 60 average of 100 c) completed the compulsory practical placement period of 20 days and had a passing grade for the reports prepared for these placements.
