About the Department
The Automotive Technology Program was established in 2002 and offers 30 places in formal education. The program aims to train qualified intermediate technical personnel, needed by the automotive industry in both production and after-sales service levels, in line with a philosophy of quality and service that meets modern expectations.
Graduates who complete the program and earn the title of Automotive Technician can become technical personnel in the production and after-sales service sectors, either as managers/engineers or laborers, or as employees qualified to open and operate their own businesses.
Career Opportunities
Graduates can work as technicians in public institutions and the private sector. They may continue to bachelor's programs through DGS.
