Career Meetings with Chemistry Department Alumni: A Talk with Neval Tunç Held

As part of the “Career Meetings with Department of Chemistry Alumni” event organized by the Department of Chemistry at Mersin University’s Faculty of Science, Neval Tunç, one of our department’s alumni and Country Technical Product Manager at TÜV Austria Türk, met with our students.

The event was held in Hall C of the Prof. Uğur Oral Cultural Center on April 16, 2026, and was moderated by Assoc. Prof. Özkan Görmez, a faculty member of our department.

During the event, Neval Tunç shared her post-graduation career journey, professional experiences in the sector, employment opportunities available to chemistry graduates, and the processes they may encounter in professional life. The event concluded with an interactive exchange of knowledge and experience, during which she answered students’ questions about career planning.
