ICturkey 2026 International Networking Event will be held online on September 29, 2026.

ICTürkiye 2026 International Networking Event, one of the important networking events aimed at developing international project partnerships within the scope of the Horizon Europe Programme, will be held entirely online on September 29, 2026.
Organized by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) within the framework of the Technical Support to Turkey's Horizon Europe Programme Project, implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Technology and co-financed by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey, the event will be held in cooperation with Enterprise Europe Network.
ICTürkiye 2026 is designed to develop new international collaborations within the scope of Horizon Europe, to bring project ideas together with potential partners, and to support the early formation of strong consortia for upcoming calls.
Who can participate?
The event;
The event is open to a wide range of participants wishing to develop international cooperation under the Horizon Europe Programme, including:
universities and research institutions,
SMEs and large-scale companies,
technology developers and innovative start-ups,
public institutions and agencies,
sectoral associations and clusters.
The event specifically aims to bring together participants with project ideas seeking international partners and researchers and organizations wishing to join a suitable consortium based on their expertise, research infrastructure, or technological capabilities.
Early Preparation Opportunity for Horizon Europe Calls 2026–2027
In Horizon Europe projects, a strong project idea is as important as forming a balanced and complementary consortium of partners with the right competencies for the success of the application.
Therefore, ICTürkiye 2026 is structured not only as an organization limited to meetings held on the day of the event, but also as a long-term networking platform where partnerships for the 2026–2027 Horizon Europe calls can be established as early as possible.
Participants will be able to create collaboration profiles, review potential partners, and schedule bilateral meetings prior to the event. The B2B meeting platform will remain open for five months following the event on September 29th, until the first quarter of 2027.

The main thematic areas targeted for collaboration development within the scope of ICTürkiye 2026 are:
Digital and Smart Healthcare
AI-based healthcare applications, digital health solutions, digitalization of healthcare services, innovative and sustainable health technologies.
Twin Green and Digital Transformation of Industry
Technologies and innovative solutions for the green and digital transformation of manufacturing, construction, and energy-intensive process industries.
Smart Mobility
Connected, collaborative, and automated mobility systems, multimodal transportation, logistics, transportation safety, infrastructure, and smart urban mobility solutions.
Smart and Renewable Energy
Renewable energy production, energy storage, flexibility in energy systems, and digitalization solutions.
What Will Be Included in the Program?
The event program will include thematic information sessions on the Horizon Europe Program and upcoming calls, as well as practical sections that will directly contribute to the project development process.
The program will include:
Information sessions on upcoming Horizon Europe calls,
Cascade Funding / Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) opportunities and application processes,
Budget and work package design in the Lump Sum Funding approach,
Project idea pitching sessions,
One-on-one B2B meetings between international participants.
In the pitching sessions, participants will not only introduce their organizations or project ideas; they will also be able to share with potential project partners the expertise, technologies, or partners they need in the consortium they wish to form.
