Orientation Program Continues at the Faculty of Communication

The second event organized by the Mersin University Faculty of Communication as part of the Orientation Program was held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM.

During the event, our newly admitted students first watched informational videos prepared by Mersin University to learn about the institution's facilities, academic processes, and student services.

As part of the program, officials from our University Library Department met with the students to provide information on library services, access to resources, and facility usage.

Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Aslıhan Ardıç Çobaner, briefed students on using institutional email accounts and the university's digital systems, highlighting key information regarding platforms they will rely on throughout their academic journey.

In the final section of the program, students visited the Radio and Television Studios and the Newsroom within the Faculty of Communication. They examined the technical infrastructure and studio facilities they will utilize during their practical education and gained firsthand insights into how these units operate.
