Orientation Training Held at Our Vocational School of Technical Sciences

Mersin University Vocational School of Technical Sciences conducted an orientation program for students newly enrolled for the 2026-2027 academic year.

The program aimed to help students adapt more quickly to university life, gain insight into academic processes, and become better acquainted with the operations of the vocational school. During the orientation, students were informed about the university and the vocational school, academic adjustment, course registration procedures, the use of the Student Information System (OBS), the academic calendar, social and cultural opportunities, campus life, internship processes, academic advising, and communication channels.

Throughout the program, students had the opportunity to meet with administrators and academic staff and ask questions about topics of interest. Through the presentations and the Q&A session, the aim was to ensure students began the new academic term well-prepared.
