Our Faculty's 2026-2027 Academic Year Orientation Program

Orientation Program Held at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences An orientation program for newly enrolled students, organized by the Mersin University Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, took place on September 30, 2026, at 13:30 at the Prof. Dr. Uğur Oral Cultural Center. The program was attended by the Faculty Dean, Prof. Dr. Hasan Yürek; Vice Deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Elcan and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tolgahan Karaimamoğlu; and Faculty Secretary Filiz Kaya. Delivering the opening speech, Prof. Dr. Hasan Yürek provided students with information regarding university life and the faculty's academic structure, and wished them success in the new academic term. As part of the program, students were briefed on the University's and Faculty's academic and administrative units and shown introductory videos.
