The IC Turkey 2026 International Networking Event will be held online on September 29, 2026.

The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK), within the framework of the “Technical Support to Turkey’s Horizon Europe Programme” Project, which is part of the Competitive Sectors Programme implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Technology and co-financed by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey, is organizing the ICTürkiye2026 International Networking Event. The event, which will be held entirely online in collaboration with Enterprise Europe Network, will take place on September 29, 2026, and is a continuation of previous ICTürkiye events in the field of information and communication technologies.

ICTürkiye2026 is designed for universities and research institutions, SMEs and large-scale companies, technology developers and innovative start-ups, public institutions and agencies, and sectoral associations and clusters that bring these stakeholders together. Within these groups, two types of participants particularly benefit most from the bilateral meeting events: those with a project idea seeking partners, and those with the expertise to contribute to a project but seeking suitable projects. The formation of consortia often begins with the convergence of these two needs. The event is structured to allow these parties to find each other before the call deadlines approach.

Thematic Areas

Digital and Smart Healthcare — innovative, sustainable and high-quality healthcare services, AI-based tools, digital solutions and the digitalization of healthcare services

Industry's Twin Green and Digital Transformation — green and digital transformation of manufacturing, construction and energy-intensive process industries

Smart Mobility — connected, collaborative and automated mobility; multimodal transport, infrastructure, logistics, security and smart urban mobility

Smart and Renewable Energy — renewable energy generation, storage and resilience solutions and the digitalization of energy systems

The ICTürkiye2026 program will begin with thematic information sessions on the Horizon Europe Program and presentations on upcoming calls. These sessions will take place at a stage where the call topics still allow for the maturation of project ideas.
