The Center was established on April 17, 2020, to conduct research, development, and production activities in the cosmetics, cleaning, and chemical products sector, primarily at Mersin University, that will contribute to the national economy; to provide testing and analysis services; to market and sell manufactured products and make them available to consumers; to conduct research, development, production, standardization, quality control, patenting, and marketing of new products; to collaborate with national and international organizations on scientific, technological, and commercial matters, to develop projects, and to provide consulting services; and to organize training and certification programs, fairs, conferences, workshops, seminars, courses, and scientific meetings on related topics.
