Business Management Program Objectives

Objective 1: To ensure our students are trained as individuals who can act consciously in creating and developing their individual career plans and can continuously develop themselves by adapting to the changing business world.

Objective 2: To ensure our students are trained as individuals who can effectively work in different departments by acquiring knowledge and skills in core business functions such as finance, marketing, and human resources.

Objective 3: To ensure our students are trained as individuals who can adapt to digitalization processes in businesses, use basic digital tools and software, and make data-driven decisions.

Objective 4: To ensure our students are trained as individuals who gain competency in developing business ideas, preparing business plans, securing financing, and managing business processes, and who can establish their own businesses or participate in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Objective 5: To ensure our students are trained as individuals who can adopt ethical principles in business life and act with social responsibility awareness in decision-making processes.

Objective 6: To ensure our students are trained as individuals who can establish effective business relationships by developing oral and written communication skills and can work collaboratively by adapting to teamwork.
