Program-Specific Outcomes

PSO 1:
Students acquire advanced knowledge about the core functions of business—such as management, production, marketing, accounting, and finance—along with conceptual processes including supply chain management, research and development (R&D), public relations, and digital transformation. They comprehend the relationships among business components and understand the integrated structure of different departments.

PSO 2:
Students relate business theories and conceptual knowledge to real-world problems through university–industry collaboration, internship experiences, case analyses, entrepreneurship projects, and simulation applications. They also gain the ability to evaluate strategic decision-making processes across different sectors and develop competencies in risk management, innovation, and competitive strategy formulation.

PSO 3:
Students identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods. They effectively apply decision support systems, artificial intelligence–based data analytics tools, big data management techniques, and financial modeling in order to generate optimized solutions for various scenarios.

PSO 4:
Students understand the importance of ethical principles, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability in the business world. By actively participating in social responsibility projects, they gain awareness of human rights, environmental sensitivity, corporate governance, and legal regulations. They also embrace ethical leadership and develop the ability to make ethical decisions in business processes.

PSO 5:
Students comprehend the impact of digitalization on the business environment, and effectively use e-commerce, digital marketing, data mining, blockchain, and artificial intelligence applications. They develop the ability to adapt to digital transformation processes within organizations and to design innovative business models.

PSO 6:
Students gain the competence to analyze the dynamics of the global business environment, develop competitive strategies for international markets, and communicate effectively in intercultural contexts. By improving their foreign language skills, they are able to communicate professionally in multinational companies and international organizations.

PSO 7:
Students develop leadership, teamwork, and crisis management skills, enabling them to take an active and effective role in organizational decision-making processes. Utilizing creative thinking and innovation competencies, they can actively participate in the entrepreneurship ecosystem and implement their own business ideas.
