Program Educational Objectives

(P. E. A. 1.) Providing Knowledge and Skills in Finance: The program aims to equip students with fundamental knowledge and skills related to the public budget, financial management system, public economics, fiscal policy, and the Turkish Tax System. This will enable students to understand and interpret how the public budget and financial management system functions.

(P. E. A. 2.) Competence in Economic and Financial Analysis: To ensure that graduates possess the competence to develop solutions by combining theoretical knowledge with applied analysis on topics such as public finance, fiscal policy, and budget analysis.

(P. E. A. 3.) Professional Ethics and Social Responsibility: To cultivate individuals who can make decisions in accordance with ethical principles in the field of finance and who are transparent and accountable.

(P. E. A. 4.) Providing Labor Market-Appropriate Competencies: To increase the employability of graduates by equipping them with the skills to work in public institutions such as the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and tax offices, and in the private sector as financial advisors.
