This program was organized in accordance with decision number 2025/92 adopted by the Faculty of Nursing Board of Directors at its 41st meeting, dated September 16, 2025.

To train nurses who possess ethical values ​​and effective communication skills, are sensitive, collaborative, and capable of providing care with a holistic perspective based on scientific advancements, and who embrace lifelong learning through an investigative and innovative approach, meeting universal standards to meet the health needs of society.

To be a leading nursing faculty that contributes to nursing science and public health, and trains nationally and internationally recognized and preferred professional nurses.
