Compliance with TQF

The program outcomes were developed and updated based on the Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework (TYYÇ) and FEDEK outcomes, prioritizing field-specific achievements in biology across the domains of knowledge, skills, and competencies. During the process of determining the outcomes, feedback obtained from internal stakeholders — including the department’s academic staff and selected student representatives from each grade level — and external stakeholders — including alumni and representatives from the relevant sectors — was utilized. The draft program outcomes, formulated in light of the suggestions that emerged from these meetings, were discussed in the Department of Biology Academic Board. After ensuring alignment with the FEDEK outcomes, as well as with the mission and educational objectives of the program, the final version was approved and implemented.
