The aim of our department is to raise cuisine chiefs (executives) needed not only by accommodation businesses but also by food and beverage businesses. Accordingly, by ensuring our students to have basic management training besides having knowledge and skills of cuisine and also of both Turkish and World cuisines, it is aimed to make them graduate as cuisine chiefs (executives) who have international qualifications and speak two languages.
