Introduction of the Unit

Our Vocational School was established with the decision of the Council of Higher Education Executive Board dated April 2, 1990, affiliated to Selcuk University, and was founded in the 1990-1991 academic year with the admission of 40 students to the Surveying and Cadastre Program within the Technical Programs Department. It was affiliated to Mersin University in 1992 under Law No. 3837.

Our School continues its education with a total of three programs: Accounting and Tax Applications Program within the Accounting and Tax Department, Forestry and Forest Products Program within the Forestry Department, and Seedling Cultivation Program within the Plant and Animal Production Department, in its own service building. The name of our School was changed to Mersin University Mustafa Baysan Vocational School in 2013.
