Feedback Forms

You can send your feedback about the Faculty through the Suggestion Form on the University's Integrated Quality Management System (BKYS). In the form, select TIP FAKÜLTESİ (Faculty of Medicine) as the Sorumlu Birim (responsible unit).

Suggestion Form (BKYS)

The form on the University's Integrated Quality Management System for requests, suggestions, complaints and compliments (in Turkish). Name and phone are required; e-mail and address are optional.
