About the Department

The Undergraduate Program in Chemistry provides education on the fundamental principles and applications of chemistry while aiming to equip students with scientific thinking and research skills. For those who wish to specialize in the field of chemistry and pursue an academic career, our Master’s and Doctoral Programs offer advanced laboratory studies and thesis projects, providing students with significant academic and professional development.

In addition to teaching the science of chemistry, our department seeks to instill interdisciplinary collaboration and collective thinking skills in our students. Furthermore, within the scope of the ERASMUS program, students who meet the necessary requirements are given the opportunity to study at partner universities abroad, thereby enhancing their knowledge, skills, and experience.
