As the Department of Management and Organization, our goal is to provide students with fundamental competencies such as leadership, entrepreneurship, and teamwork, as well as a comprehensive body of knowledge in management science and applications.

Our Mission: To train individuals who are respectful of ethical principles, innovative, continuously learning, and socially responsible. It is aimed to train analytical, creative, well-equipped, and visionary managers by conveying theoretical and applied knowledge in management science through contemporary methods. It aims to act with the vision of being an exemplary school that is a constant center of attraction for students and stakeholders, and that transforms the services it produces into social welfare. 

Our Vision is to contribute to the technological, economic, and social development of our country through science-based education and research activities; and to be recognized as a reputable Department of Management and Organization at the national and international level. In this context, it is aimed to train graduates who produce value for society, possess leadership qualities, and can adapt to the requirements of the era; and to sustain this with a quality-focused, continuously improving educational approach.
