Silifke Vocational School, Department of Management and Organization, Business Management Program adopts the following objectives to achieve its educational goals:

Career Awareness and Adaptability: To ensure that students act consciously in creating and developing their individual career plans, and to train them as individuals who are open to lifelong learning by adapting to the changing business world.

Competence in Core Business Functions: To equip students with knowledge and skills related to core business functions such as finance, marketing, and human resources, enabling them to effectively serve in various departments.

Digital Competence and Data Literacy: To support students in adapting to the digital transformation processes of businesses, using basic digital tools and software, and acquiring data-driven decision-making skills.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation: To encourage students to gain competence in developing business ideas, preparing business plans, securing financing, and managing business processes, enabling them to start their own businesses or participate in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
