This model provides wider access to education, creating equal opportunities while following the same curriculum as formal education programs.
E-Business Program
Distance education is also implemented in the E-Business Master’s Program (non-thesis). The program includes courses in finance, accounting, marketing, human resources, organizational management, information management, and decision-making techniques.
No interview is required for admission to the non-thesis E-Business Master’s Program.
Foreign Language Education
Many faculties, schools, and vocational schools offer a one-year compulsory or optional foreign language preparatory program, depending on student placement.
In addition, some programs provide a second foreign language such as English, German, or French.
The Department of City and Regional Planning in the Faculty of Architecture offers a 100% English curriculum.
Erasmus Program
Mersin University signed the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education in 2004, granting students a “European identity.”

Likewise, many students from abroad study at Mersin University, while academic and administrative staff also benefit from staff mobility opportunities at partner universities abroad.
