About Us
The Department of Student Affairs was established in accordance with Article 31 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547 and the Academic Organization Regulation to manage the student affairs of our University. Our Department provides services at Çiftlikköy Campus, where our Rectorate is located.
Its duties include preparing registration procedures for students enrolled in 16 Faculties, 5 Institutes, 4 Schools, 1 Conservatory, and 11 Vocational Schools; monitoring personal information of all registered students; following up tuition fees, scholarships, and loans provided by the Higher Education Credit and Dormitories Institution, as well as all other scholarship processes; preparing statistical data; preparing and issuing Diplomas and Diploma Supplements for graduating students; carrying out secretarial work related to disciplinary procedures; preparing the Academic Calendar; monitoring and updating regulations, directives, and implementation principles related to our University; managing the opening and closing of faculties/schools/departments/programs; handling secretarial work of the International Student Admission and Evaluation Commission; providing secretarial and reporting services for our University’s Education Commission; coordinating the implementation of decisions made by the Bologna Coordination Commission within the scope of improving higher education (Bologna Process), as well as actions requested by the Rectorate; submitting Senate decisions to the relevant authorities.
