Branch Directorates

Within our Directorate;

Department of Education, Training and Diploma Affairs: This unit is responsible for core academic processes such as course registrations, grade management, graduation, and diploma procedures.

Department of Planning and Legislation Affairs: This unit carries out tasks such as educational planning, monitoring, and updating of regulations and directives.

Department of Automation and Reporting: Responsible for the operation of the student information system, providing technical support, and preparing the required reports.

Department of International Student Affairs: Coordinates the application, admission, registration, and other administrative processes of international students.

Department of Student Disciplinary Affairs: Responsible for managing the administrative procedures related to student disciplinary investigations.

In addition to these departments, the General Administrative Services Unit, ensures the smooth operation of the Directorate by providing necessary support services and administrative organization.
