In which languages ​​does Olba accept articles?
From issue 2026 onwards, Olba (XXXIV) only accepts articles written in English.

Should I send my article to one of the editors?
No. Articles must be uploaded to DergiPark between August 31st and October 31st. Articles submitted after this time will not be considered.

When is OLBA published?
Olba journal is published once a year, in May.

How can I track the progress of my article?
Authors will be informed about the Editorial Board's evaluation in November. The process for sending articles to reviewers is expected to be completed by the end of December.

My article was published in the previous issue of OLBA. Can I submit another article to the new issue?
No. It is not considered appropriate for the same author to have two consecutive publications. This principle also applies if there are different co-authors.

Will the journal accept multiple articles from the same field?
Olba publishes articles in the fields of Prehistory, Protohistory, Classical Archaeology, Classical Philology (and Ancient Languages ​​and Cultures), Ancient History, Numismatics, and Early Christian Archaeology. If multiple articles are submitted from the same field, they will be reviewed by the Editorial Board.

How many pages should my article be?
Articles are expected to be approximately 10,000 words (including abstract, bibliography, and footnotes). There should be around 15 figures in total.
