Publication Permission
Legal/special permission is required for articles to be published in the journal.

This document must be uploaded to the system during the article submission process.

Depending on the nature of the material to be published, this permission is expected to be issued by the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage and Museums, Museum Directorates, Excavation Directorates, Research Directorates, Thesis Advisor, etc. In all excavations conducted by Museum Directorates, university faculty members acting as 'scientific consultants' are also expected to obtain a permission document from the relevant Museum Directorate, which is the Head of the Excavation.

Ethics Committee Approval
Articles meeting the following conditions must submit an "Ethics Committee Approval" document. (1) Any type of research conducted using qualitative or quantitative approaches that require data collection from participants using survey, interview, focus group, observation, experiment, or conversation techniques, (2) The use of humans and animals (including materials/data) for experimental or other scientific purposes,
(3) Clinical research conducted on humans,
(4) Research conducted on animals,
(5) Retrospective studies in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, 

Also; (6) Stating that an "Informed Consent Form" has been obtained in case presentations (case analysis), (7) Obtaining and stating permission from the owners for the use of scales, questionnaires, and photographs belonging to others, (8) Stating that copyright regulations have been complied with for the intellectual and artistic works used.
For articles falling within this scope, authors must both upload this permission or the informed consent form they have obtained to the system during the application process and state it in their articles.
