Mission 

Our fundamental mission is to train qualified manager candidates needed by the tourism industry by providing contemporary education at both undergraduate and graduate levels; to employ individuals who can meet the managerial approaches required by food and beverage enterprises; and to produce high-level students in both intellectual and professional competence by publishing scientific works related to their fields of study.
