Application Announcements

Calls for applications, calendars and results for Erasmus+ study and traineeship mobility, staff mobility and other international programmes are announced by the Mersin University International Relations and Project Coordination Office.

• Applications: Erasmus+ student applications are submitted via the Turkish National Agency Application Portal using e-Devlet credentials.

Application Calendar

The 2026 calls were announced in January 2026. Student applications (study, traineeship and short-term doctoral traineeship) were accepted from 2 to 20 February 2026, and staff applications (teaching and training) from 30 January to 13 February 2026. Please follow current announcements for the dates of the new period.

Pre-Application Checklist

• Confirm with the central office the application year, the open call, whether the agreement is in force, the deadline, the type of grant and the study or traineeship route.

• Clarify with our faculty coordinator the year of study, semester, courses, clinical rotations and the principles of recognition on return.

• Check the host institution’s academic calendar, the language of instruction and clinical communication, admission requirements and document list.

• Complete your learning or traineeship agreement, insurance and visa and accommodation timeline before the mobility starts.

Exact scores, evaluation criteria, durations and grant amounts are set out in the official call published each year; the conditions of previous calls do not automatically apply to a new call.
