Key Notes for Medical Students
For study mobility, the course plan and academic recognition are decisive; for traineeships, the host unit, the nature of the training and our faculty’s recognition decision matter. A past traineeship at an institution does not mean that a study agreement exists with it.
Before applying, we recommend clarifying the following with our faculty coordinator:
The language of clinical training and conditions of patient contact
Compatibility of the study year and rotations
Acceptance within compulsory clerkships or the internship year
Insurance coverage
Adaptation and academic recognition on return
