Administrative Structure of the Department of Chemistry
The administrative structure of the Department of Chemistry has been established in accordance with the relevant directives and regulations of our university.
It aims to ensure that the department’s education, research, and community engagement activities are carried out in an effective, transparent, and sustainable manner.
Head of Department
The Head of the Department is responsible for the academic and administrative management of the department and plays a leading role in strategic planning, coordination of educational processes, and the development of research activities.
Vice Heads of Department
The Vice Heads assist the Head of Department in educational, research, and administrative processes, contributing significantly to the distribution of duties and the coordination of departmental operations.
Department Board
The Department Board, chaired by the Head of Department and composed of faculty members, convenes regularly to make collective decisions on matters related to education, research, student affairs, and administration.
Divisions
The Department of Chemistry consists of five main divisions: Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, and Biochemistry. Each division conducts academic and scientific studies within its area of expertise while contributing to the overall advancement of the department.
